No, Nikri does not process rent payments. Nikri reminds tenants about their monthly, quarterly, or rent payments due dates, but leaves it up to the tenant to pay according to their usual payment methods. Tenants can flag the payment as confirmed, and the property owner has the final say to mark the payment as settled once it has been deposited.
How secure is data stored
Nikri encrypts all data in transit and at rest. All data is safe and secured in Microsoft Azure data centers.
Can I manage multiple properties at once
Yes, Nikri is built for scalability, allowing you to toggle between single units and large multi-city portfolios from one dashboard.
How does Nikri handle maintenance requests
Tenants submit requests via their portal with photos; you can then assign vendors, track progress, and notify the tenant automatically.

Open a ticket from the Nikri portal. This will be assigned to the property owner, and they can reach out via the built-in ticket system.
